Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile and web application HexaFlow: Zen Loop Puzzle ("Application", "Game", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Information We Collect

We believe in privacy by design. HexaFlow does not collect or require any personally identifiable information (such as your real name, email address, physical address, phone number, or contacts) to play the game.

The Application automatically creates an anonymous, random player identifier (e.g. p_...) stored locally and in Cloud Firestore to track your gameplay progression (levels unlocked, puzzles solved) and to allow participation in weekly and all-time leaderboards. You may optionally choose a custom display handle within the game, which contains no personally identifiable data.

2. Third-Party Services and Analytics

The Application uses trusted third-party service providers that may process device-level metadata in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: Used to display occasional advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded hint ads). AdMob may use device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA) to serve contextual or personalized advertisements in compliance with applicable platform policies. • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to monitor application performance, diagnose crashes, and measure gameplay milestones (e.g. level completion events) to improve stability and game balance. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Cloud Firestore: Used to securely synchronize and host anonymous gameplay statistics (levels completed, weekly scores, and your chosen in-game display name) for the HexFlow Masters leaderboard.
• Google Play In-App Billing: Handles secure purchase transactions for the optional "Remove Ads" product. We do not receive, process, or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses; all financial transactions are processed directly by Google Play.

3. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). The game is designed to be family-friendly and safe for all ages.

4. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data. All network communications between the Application and third-party services (Google Play, AdMob, Firebase, Cloud Firestore) occur exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS 1.3/1.2).

5. Data Retention & User Rights

Because HexaFlow does not collect personal accounts or contact information, gameplay data is associated solely with your anonymous device identifier. If you wish to reset or remove your leaderboard profile, simply clearing the app's local storage or contacting support with your anonymous player ID will remove your record.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted directly to this URL with an updated revision date.
